Sandra does an amazing job!!! She is extremely skilled and listens to what you want. She took her time cutting my hair and made sure it was even, which was my biggest concern. I will only be using Sandra from now on!
Had my first new stylist in 25+ years, here. Sandra was fantastic! My hair is a work in progress and I'm certain she will get me the desired results in the end. Couldn't be happier so far! 😍
I came to update a past review due to the business not sending my son's hair donation for Wigs for Kids, and discovered they must have removed or hidden it somehow, but kept my son's photo up. Unfortunately after donating our son's hair last year, and after over 6 months of waiting, I contacted them, got the run around for a few months more, then I finally contacted wigs for kids to see if they'd ever received our donation . And they researched and said they had not. I contacted the business again, to get no accountability, and more concern about how they'd look if I changed my review .Wigs for kids offered to send a certificate even though they said they didn't receive it. My hope is that the ladies that handle hair donations take it far more seriously, and learn to take care of hair donations in a proper and timely manner. I will never be using them again, nor can I ever feel comfortable recommending them. I also want the photos removed since it won't let me. Wigs for kids did go ahead and send a certificate, but it's not even about that. It's about trusting that something that took 2 and a half years to grow, actually is going where it's supposed to. Hopefully, lessons were learned.
DO NOT go here!!! I left in tears because my hair is NOTHING close to what I asked for. I sat there for an hour and a half while she died my hair. It came out ORANGE!! It looks so awful. I told her I wanted it to be dark brown with highlights I showed her photos and showed her the shade of dark brown I wanted. I don’t understand how I ended up leaving with orange hair. I paid $90. Im so upset. Im never going here again. Photos of what I wanted vs. what I got. My lighting isn’t very good right now, it looks way more orange in the light. I rarely get my hair done, it’s been a year since I last colored it. I was just wanting to treat myself to something nice and instead I just wasted almost $100 for someone to ruin my hair.
When I came here to get my roots touched up, the hairdresser burned my scalp with the bleach and left it on way too long for her to just be chilling in the back. Hair was severely damaged and almost a year later it's still trying to heal. I got a cut with the root touch up as well, asked for mid neck length, got above the neck with uneven and choppy pieces. Left in tears and cried for hours and when my friends and family ask me where they should get their haircut, I always tell them anywhere but here.
